Lahore: Zimbabwean cricketer Sikander Raza, who was born in Pakistan, expressed his views on the eighth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Speaking in an interview, Sikandar Raza said that PSL is by far the best league that he has played in and watched.
The star all-rounder further revealed that the opening match of the tournament was won by just one run and the second match was won by just two runs. Sikandar Raza said, “Such tough matches are beneficial for the league, as they set the stage for a highly competitive tournament. The Zimbabwean cricketer expressed his happiness to be a member of Lahore Qalandars, he believes that players are well looked after in Pakistan.
Asked about the quality of PSL compared to other cricket leagues, Sikandar Raza said that PSL is one of the best cricket leagues in the world. The 36-year-old player expressed his desire to help Lahore Qalandars defend their title this year and promised to perform his duties to the best of his abilities.
